How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a visit to the roof. We look at the surface, the flashing and, when it helps, the attic. After that you get a written quote that lists the work, the materials and the cleanup. We explain the findings in plain language and tell you when a smaller repair is enough.
We encourage you to compare quotes, and to ask any contractor for license and insurance documents before you sign. Illinois has licensing rules for roofing contractors. If weather or hidden damage changes the plan, we tell you before the work changes, not after.
